Reformer | Beginners
Beginners is ideal for anyone new to reformer Pilates, those who prefer a slower pace, or those recovering from an injury. Our instructors will ensure you feel comfortable with the reformer bed and its mechanics before guiding you through a class emphasising the core principles of Pilates, proper breathing technique, and alignment.

Reformer | All Levels
Our all levels class is designed to provide a more intermediate Pilates experience. It’s ideal for individuals who have become familiar with both the reformer bed and Pilates principles and are looking to enhance their practice. Our instructors strive to gradually increase the difficulty of each exercise, allowing you to progress at your own pace. We offer optional challenges for those seeking to reach new levels and modifications for those who require them, so everyone is welcome.
If you’re completely new to the reformer, we recommend taking our beginner class before attending our all levels class. -
Reformer | Advanced
Our advanced Pilates class is designed for those eager to elevate their practice to new heights. While maintaining the core principles of Pilates, we adopt a more dynamic approach, guiding clients to accelerate their pace, intensify their workouts, and incorporate a strength-based practice using props and layers to create a more challenging and engaging experience.

Reformer | Classical Advanced
Take your Pilates practice to the next level by diving into the advanced classical system. Rooted in Joseph Pilates’ original method of “Contrology,” this class challenges your entire body with precise, flowing sequences. You’ll work on or towards advanced exercises such as Teaser, Snake & Twist, and Front Splits—movements that demand strength, control, and deep body awareness. This class is ideal for experienced practitioners ready to elevate their practice with the skills and foundation they’ve already built.

Reformer | Jump Board
Our jump board class is a dynamic Pilates workout that incorporates the jump board to add a low impact, cardio element to your practice. The class aims to maintain a high energy level while still focusing on core stability, strength, and coordination.

Reformer | Stretch
This class is all about relaxation. Our instructors encourage clients to use their time on the reformer bed to enjoy the simple yet effective flow that aims to pause, stretch, and recover. The class will also incorporate a mindful element of meditation and breathwork, leaving you feeling completely at ease and ready to rest.

Yoga Flow
In our yoga flow class, we aim to guide clients through a more dynamic vinyasa flow. Aiming to link movement to the breath, encourage a deeper connection to the body, and cultivate a sense of awareness and presence. This class is open to all levels as modifications and progressions can be expected throughout.

Yoga Flow to Sound
Our yoga class will start with a calming sequence of poses to settle both the body and mind. The main aim is to achieve a state of total relaxation, preparing us to relax and recline in savasana where we’ll also use bolsters and props to ensure your ultimate comfort. Next, we’ll immerse ourselves in the enchanting melodies of our crystal singing bowls. This is an opportunity to completely escape the outside world and instead, harmonise the mind, body, and soul.

Mat Pilates
Our Mat Pilates class is a low-impact, bodyweight workout that targets your core, improves flexibility, and enhances overall physical fitness. Throughout the class, you’ll focus on slow, controlled movements, precise breathing, and proper alignment. Our instructors will guide you through each exercise, providing modifications and adjustments to accommodate your fitness level. Each pose emphasises quality over quantity. Open to all levels.
