Anything you’re comfortable in that allows full movement, the only requirement is a pair of grip socks to keep you safe and supported during your session. Grip Socks can be purchased at Studio Co (or brought from home if you have a pair for your practice already).

Yes, Tubs Hill Parade has 4 hours free parking (plenty of time to get your session in with us!) just scan the QR code when you arrive and enter your registration.

No, there are no changing or shower facilities at the studio.

All Studio Co bookings require 24 hour cancellation online or via the App or you will be charged.

Please let us know via email before the 20th of the month before you would like the cancellation to go into effect.
