These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules for participation in the Studio Co Rewards Programme (“Programme”), powered by Magic Stamp. By taking part in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About the Programme

Studio Co Rewards is a digital loyalty scheme that allows members of Studio Co to collect digital stamps each time they attend a class or event at the studio. After every 8th visit, members unlock a reward that can be claimed in studio.

The Programme is managed by Studio Co Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) and operated through the Magic Stamp platform.

2. Eligibility

• The Programme is open to all Studio Co members aged 16 and over.

• To participate, you must download or access the Magic Stamp app and register your details to create a digital Studio Co Rewards card.

• The Programme is for personal use only. Each account must be used by a single individual.

3. Earning Stamps

• You’ll receive one digital stamp for each completed in-studio visit or class.

• Stamps are issued at the discretion of the Studio Co team and must be applied in person at the time of your visit.

• Missed, cancelled or no-show classes do not qualify for stamps.

• Stamps have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or sold.

4. Rewards

• Every 8th stamp earns one reward.

• Rewards can be redeemed in-studio only by presenting your Magic Stamp digital card to a member of the Studio Co team.

• Rewards vary and may include branded merchandise, sweet treats, or partner offers.

• Rewards are subject to availability, may change without notice, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

• Once issued, rewards must be claimed within 30 days, after which they expire.

5. Partner Rewards & Exclusives

From time to time, Studio Co may offer exclusive rewards or discounts in partnership with local businesses. These offers are subject to each partner’s individual terms and may change or end at any time.

6. Changes, Suspension or Termination

• Studio Co reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Programme (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notice.

• If the Programme ends, any unredeemed stamps or rewards will be forfeited and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

7. Fraud & Misuse

Studio Co reserves the right to refuse, cancel or remove stamps or rewards if misuse, fraud or technical manipulation is suspected.

8. Data & Privacy

• The Programme is powered by Magic Stamp, which processes data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.

• Studio Co will collect and use your personal information only for administering this Programme and in line with our [Studio Co Privacy Policy] (link to be added).

• By taking part, you consent to the use of your data as described above.

9. Liability

• Studio Co accepts no responsibility for lost, deleted, or malfunctioning digital cards within the Magic Stamp app.

• Studio Co is not liable for any technical issues, service interruptions, or errors in the Magic Stamp platform.

• Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts

• Free class must be booked and redeemed by 30 June 2026.
• Subject to availability. Advance booking required.
• Offer valid for selected classes as described only and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or transferred to another person.
• Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the free class being forfeited.
• Studio Co reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time.
• By redeeming the offer, participants agree to Studio Co’s standard booking and cancellation policies.
