Daisy Dean

Founder & Lead Instructor

Daisy’s journey into Pilates began in the world of professional dance, training at Trinity Laban and performing for five years after graduating. It was during this time she was drawn to more holistic practices, discovering yoga and Pilates as a way to support both her movement and mindset.

What began as a curiosity soon became a calling. After qualifying as a yoga instructor, Daisy discovered Pilates and was immediately hooked by its ability to build strength, control and confidence from the inside out. She went on to train in both mat and reformer Pilates and has spent the last three years helping clients move better, feel stronger and reconnect with their bodies.

Today, Daisy is deepening her practice through a 600-hour comprehensive classical Pilates certification with James Shaw Pilates, expanding her expertise across the full Pilates system, including the reformer, tower, chair and ladder barrel.

Her teaching style is thoughtful, encouraging and quietly challenging. Expect intelligent programming, close attention to detail and a focus on movement that feels as good as it is effective.

Whether you’re stepping onto a reformer for the first time or refining an established practice, Daisy’s classes are designed to leave you feeling stronger, more balanced and completely at home in your body.

Amina

Reformer &
Mat Pilates Instructor

After seven years in Marketing, Amina made the leap to pursue her dream career — helping people move, feel strong, and find joy through Pilates.

Mat and Reformer Pilates trained (plus Level 2 Gym, Spin, and Barre), Amina brings energy, fun, and challenge to every class.

You can expect uplifting playlists, plenty of sweat, and the perfect balance of hard work and good vibes.

Amina believes movement is as much for the mind as it is for the body — her goal is to help you discover your potential and leave class feeling brighter, stronger, and ready for anything.

Demi

Reformer Pilates Instructor

Demi’s personal practice began as a way to rehabilitate a long-standing hip injury from her dance career, but she soon discovered that the benefits went far beyond recovery. Pilates helped her feel more connected to her body and mind than ever before.

With her classes rooted in the classical method, clients are drawn to Demi for the attention to detail she brings—always correcting alignment and giving cues that help you get the most out of each exercise. Whether addressing imbalances, improving mobility, or building strength, her teaching supports you in building a more active and sustainable lifestyle, outside of the studio. Her classes will leave you feeling supported, challenged, and looking forward to the next one.

Charlotte

Reformer Pilates Instructor

A lifelong mover, Charlotte’s journey began at just nine years old when her love for music and dance first took centre stage. Originally from Malta, she trained there before moving to London to pursue her dream in Musical Theatre, graduating from the prestigious Italia Conti Academy of Performing Arts. Since then, she’s graced stages from the Royal Albert Hall to the West End.

Her dance background naturally led her to Pilates — a practice that perfectly combines precision, flow and strength. Fully certified with STOTT across Mat, Reformer and all studio equipment, Charlotte brings over a decade of teaching experience to her classes. Expect sessions that are dynamic, thoughtful and expertly balanced — helping you find that sweet spot between stability, mobility and strength.

Charlotte’s approach is all about connection — between breath, body and movement. Her classes are intelligent, challenging and deeply rewarding, leaving you feeling stronger, more aligned and completely re-energised.
