  • Daisy Dean, Founder and Lead Instructor

    While training and performing as a professional dancer, Daisy found her true calling in yoga. With a lifelong dream of teaching, she became a certified 200-hour yoga instructor and also earned her sound bowl certification.

    Her journey through the holistic world led her to Pilates, where she discovered its incredible benefits for daily life and movement. Driven to share this with her clients, Daisy qualified in both mat and reformer Pilates. Since then, she has been guiding a diverse range of clients, ensuring her classes are both inclusive and challenging for all levels. Her clear and creative progressions and modifications help clients explore their body’s full potential.

  • Zara, Reformer & Mat Pilates Instructor

    Since 2017, Zara has been at leading group exercise, starting with Barre, a passion ignited by her childhood love of dance. She expanded her expertise by qualifying in mat Pilates in 2020 and Reformer Pilates in 2024.

    Zara's classes are a blend of classical and contemporary Pilates, so you’ll master the essentials while playing with creative sequences.

    Juggling her instructing with a corporate career, Zara is passionate about crafting classes that are both effective and efficient. Her sessions will leave you feeling stronger, standing taller, and moving with ease, recharged and ready to take on the rest of your day.

    Demi’s personal practice began as a way to rehabilitate a long-standing hip injury from her dance career, but she soon discovered that the benefits went far beyond recovery. Pilates helped her feel more connected to her body and mind than ever before.

    With her classes rooted in the classical method, clients are drawn to Demi for the attention to detail she brings—always correcting alignment and giving cues that help you get the most out of each exercise. Whether addressing imbalances, improving mobility, or building strength, her teaching supports you in building a more active and sustainable lifestyle, outside of the studio.     With a background in professional dance, Karis was first drawn to Pilates for its intelligent movement and expressive flow—and it quickly became a lifelong love. Now teaching both Mat and Reformer Pilates full-time between London and Melbourne, she brings over two years of experience, energy, and thoughtful challenge to every class.

    Karis’s sessions are known for their dynamic, creative sequencing and an inclusive, upbeat atmosphere. Her focus? Helping clients feel strong, capable, and connected—regardless of experience. Expect music, movement, and that unmistakable post-class glow.
